An Aussie OnlyFans mom defended her content after critics said her children will be "embarrassed" by her work when they get older, Yahoo News reports. The former bartender said that her work gives her more "financial freedom" and allows her to spend more time with her family.
Tori Ann Lyla Hunter, 27, has over 137,000 Instagram followers and over 16,700 likes on her OnlyFans. On top of caring for her two children, Hunter works with her husband to produce "risqué material," making her up to $5,000 per week, per Yahoo.
Although Hunter said she enjoys her job, online trolls criticized her work through Instagram comments. "The main backlash I hear is: 'Imagine what your kids will think when they’re older,’" she said, per Yahoo. "Or, ‘They’ll be so embarrassed.'"
Hunter said she does not explain herself to "every single-minded person," because she said she would not have "any hours left in the day." She also said her son is not embarrassed.
“My baby is a baby, and my son is happy because the money buys him everything he wants," she said, per Yahoo. “He also calls me beautiful every day and is proud every day when I get him from school—so I definitely don’t sense any embarrassment."
Hunter, who did not immediately respond to the Daily Dot's request for comment, said that her "newfound freedom" and flexible schedule allow her to "be a better mother," the Sun reports.
“I’m proud of myself for living my life my way and not conforming to the Plain Jane 9-5 lifestyle," Hunter said, per the Sun. "There is no minimum requirement and some weeks I don’t even touch the site, but other times I’m able to smash out a week's worth of content in a few hours."
Although Hunter said her work can be challenging at times, she said she "is happy to remain working online for as long as it is profitable," per Yahoo. "I enjoy creating content and being topless," Hunter likewise told Jam Press, per Yahoo. "So, why not profit from doing two things I love?”
In a Friday Instagram post, Hunter said she does not take social media seriously because "you can't win."
"A problem with social media and ‘relationships’ no matter what kind, is if you only post the good people think you’re ‘fake’ and if you post the bad people think you’re being ‘petty or attention seeking," Hunter wrote. "I will continue to do and post...whatever the hell I want."
