Two men accused of drugging and raping a spring breaker who was later found dead reportedly photobombed a woman a day later.

Evoire Collier, 21, and Dorian Taylor, 24, are accused of drugging and raping Christine Englehardt, who was later found dead at a Miami Beach hotel on March 18, and then stealing her cellphone and credit cards. According to Law&Crime and the Miami Herald, Collier and Taylor were charged with burglary with battery, sexual battery by multiple perpetrators, petty theft, and fraudulent use of a credit card. Surveillance footage from the hotel reportedly shows the three arriving together and the men leaving without Englehardt less than an hour later.

The two men reportedly photobombed a spring breaker a day after Englehardt’s body was found, according to the New York Post. De’Asia Skillerm posted the photo featuring herself posing while the two men can be seen walking down Ocean Drive in the background. One of the men is also posing. “Oh nothing just out in Miami getting photobombed by rapist murderers,” Skillerm wrote on Monday in a tweet that’s been liked over 300,000 times.

“I didn’t know them,” Skillern later clarified on Facebook Tuesday. “They PHOTOBOMBED me.”

Skillern added that she was “alive and okay” and thanked well-wishers after the chance encounter.

Skillern told the Daily Dot that while she knew she was photobombed, she had no idea who photobombed her. She said she first posted the photo to her personal Instagram Story and that a friend pointed out who the two men were to her.

She said she was "in shock" when she found out who they were. "It was scary knowing that someone who had just did that was still roaming free and continuing to vacation as if nothing happened," she told the Daily Dot.

Collier and Taylor are reportedly being held without bond at a Miami-Dade County jail. They are accused of drugging Englehardt via a “green pill” and could face additional charges if it’s what caused her death, according to the Post.

According to the Herald, which reviewed the arrest report, it remains unclear if Englehardt was drinking and whether she took the pill willingly.

“The fact that the victim was under the influence of alcohol and narcotics, she could not have consented to sex with the defendants,” the police report reads, per the Post.

According to Law&Crime, both Collier and Taylor have pleaded not guilty.
